Return Policy

Our return policy is simple and straightforward. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply return all bottles, opened and unopened for a full refund less shipping & handling and a 15% return processing fee within an approved timeframe.

The approved time frame is obtained by calling Customer Service at 1-432-689-7272 or email Larry@EZorbCalcium.com and requesting a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) within 30 days from product ship date. You will receive an email with shipping instruction and the RMA #.

You then have 2 business days to mail products with outside of package marked with RMA # using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Shipping Policy

Email confirmation of your order and delivery 
When you place your order through the online shopping cart there is a field to put your email address. By providing your email address you will receive confirmation of your order, credit card approval, and will also receive another email with the tracking number of your package from the shipper. We only use your email to provide you with important information. Our shopping cart automatically adds up the weight of each item ordered in order to arrive at a total package weight. We reserve the right to adjust or change shipping rate anytime that the shipper had an increase or shipping and handlanding cost increase.

US Shipping Options

UPS Ground:
In the 48 US States, we ship to you UPS Ground at $5.95 per order. Orders shipping to US States or procession, or APO/FPO address will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
UPS Ground allows you to track the progress of your package.

UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day:
In the USA, if you wish UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day select that choice.

Priority Mail:
You can elect to have your package sent via the US Postal Service, delivery time is approximately 2-3 days. You will have a delivery confermation number.

Express
This option is for US residents only. Express shipping is guaranteed 1-2 business days.  

Canada Shipping

All Packages to Canada are shipped First Class Mail International time varies by destination and customs cause additional delays.No tracking provided 

For customers in Canada: Your local authorities may charge you import duties. Advanced Alternatives Center is not responsible for paying these duties. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. Customers pays all customs, duties, insurance and taxes. 

International Shipping

All packages shipped internationally are sent via Global Express Mail or International Priority Mail. International shipping fee will be calculated during the checkout process

International shipments should arrive within 3-7 business days. Many times customers will receive them within just a couple days. This does depend on customs. If you have not received your package within a week please let us know so that we can locate your order. 

For customers outside the US: Your local authorities may charge you import duties. Advanced Alternatives Center is not responsible for paying these duties. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. Customers pays all customs, duties, insurance and taxes.

Problems with Customs
If your order is Seized by Customs or you, the customer, refuse the order

If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country and customs either seizes the products or destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customers and not Advanced Alternatives Center.  There is no refund for seized or refused orders. At Advanced Alternatives Center we have no way of knowing what is legal or not legal in each country. Often, even some products that are accepted in the USA, and even a child can buy, are not allowed in some countries.

Returns from Customs. If the product is undamaged, we will reship to you again after contacting you, if you pay the reshipping cost or we will issue you a refund if product is resale able less shipping cost.
If it is not opened, and is in a re-shippable condition we will re-ship or give you a refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns from Shipper. On rare occasions have had customers enter wrong shipping address or postal code and the shipper returns the package to us. We will contact you for correct shipping information. There will be an additional shipping charge.

Lost Orders
We occasionally encounter the rare situation in which an order is lost. If you have not received your order within 7 days you must contact immediately at 1-432-689-7272 or send an email so we can trace your shipment
